Assignment:
1. California has many pristine places such as parks and other attractions and many people like me who live in other places love to visit California and enjoy the beautiful places. The problem with most tourists is that they usually think that since they are spending money and can afford what they want to do, they should do it regardless of the damage which they may cause. We need to be more responsible for our actions and think about future generations and try to keep some of these pristine places for them too. Do you think we have enough laws and regulations to preserve these places? Is an individual should feel responsible for preserving natural resources?
2. Tourism is a big industry which creates many jobs and economic opportunities for many people. The national parks are the main tourist attraction in the United states. We have so many pristine places and it is joy to visit these attractions. The problem is that we as humans wherever we go, we create waste and increase pollution. This is especially visible in big parks such as Grand Canyon which several millions of people visit every year. Unfortunately, many people still do not pay attention to pollution and they always think that someone else will clean up after them. We need to learn to be more attentive to these issues and think about future generations too. Do you think we have enough laws and regulations to prevent pollution in our national parks?
