Question: Do you see any areas where the Patriot Act could be further expanded upon to make it more impactful to preventing incidents? If so, how would that possibly impact public opinion towards the Act? For example, although it would enhance the opportunity to stop something harmful, could the negativity caused by the changes outweigh the benefits? Could a strong public-relations campaign help with this?
