Question 1- Look over the Airforce Web Response Infographic. Do you agree with everything presented there? Tell me what you like or do not like about this. Did they miss anything? For an unhappy customer should that be taken care of publically or via private messaging in Twitter for example.

2- a woman, Marina Shifrin taking to YouTube to quit her job at Next Media Animation. It garnered 7M views (I'm sure you've seen it) and is one of my favorites. My question is:
Do you have a problem with the fact that Marina took to social media to quit her job in such a public way? Why or why not?
