Keplr currently has over 150 practices in 29 states and can offer exceptional clinical, operational, and marketing support with its more than decade-old business services platform.
A. RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Meet and greet patients
b) Answering phones
c) Scheduling appointments
d) Entering data in the system, processing paperwork
e) Checking patients in/out
f) Other administrative duties
B. QUALIFICATIONS
a) Excellent time management skills
b) Detail-oriented
c) Efficient at multi-tasking
d) Computer proficient
e) Professional and friendly manner
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with excellent customer service skills and a desire to learn.
