As a result, you have been asked to give a speech to a large audience of people who work in your industry. What information would you want to know in order to plan your speech? What would you want to know about the audience, the setting, the purpose, and so on? Why would these facts help you to prepare your speech? Then give an example of a speech that someone in your industry or your company might have to give.
