Do you believe that if two Project management tools (like Gantt Charts and WBS), are used in a combined manner can complement each other and become a more powerful tool for a project manager to plan his project?
If so, do you believe that there must be a point in which we need to ensure that the extensive use of individual tools, or a combination of them, does not become a lengthy and tedious task that will consume more time than that actual execution of the project... the question is, where does that line need to be drawn?
