According to Friedman the world is flat. We are in the age of the individual, it is about us and our ability to maneuver independently in the world with the use of technology.
Is the technological playing field now level for everyone? If everyone has the same opportunities to advance, is talking and learning about diversity really that important? Do we as people need to be diversity conscious? Is this era of being "woke" just overkill of highly emotional people who making excuses for why they don't succeed as much as others?
