Do changes occur in behaviour after heart transplant

Problem:

I've read somewhere that after a person has a heart transplant, it is possible that his/her attitude, action or behavior would change slightly or significantly, as though he/she possesses some aspects of the organ donors personality because he/she is using the donor's heart.

Question: Anything to support this phenomenon?

Question: Does it suggest that there are actually memories 'stored' in the heart and these memories may be retrieved by the person that owns the heart even if he/she is not the original owner? Please explain.
