In this literary analysis, you will compare and contrast the play version of OEDIPUS THE KING to the oratorio of OEDIPUS REX by Stravinsky.
How is narrative explored in each? How do they use the chorus? Do both genres explore the use of Aristotle's poetics? Discuss the design elements, use of mask etc? Which is more successful? and how is it successful?
