Assignment: Ethical Respons of Organiz
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Pick a hair or body product that you use regularly and read the list of ingredients.
Do any of the ingredients jump out at you as being potentially dangerous to your health or the environment?
Are there any warning labels on the product? Should there be? Any connection to the course material?
Watch short video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfq000AF1i8&NR=1
Research some of the product's ingredients.
Does the product you chose have any potentially dangerous chemicals attached to health and/or environmental hazards?
Does the product exemplify greenwashing (marketing that the product is good for the environment when it is not really) or healthdousing (saying product is healthy when in fact it isn't)?
Will you continue to use the product?
