The ACA represents a political compromise by providing subsidies to purchase private insurance to those who can't afford, don't qualify etc. Do you think the ACA will stabilize employment-based insurance in the future? Or will further government intervention be necessary to fix the market for health insurance? Explain if whether the ACA is enough or not reform and why?
Because the implementation of the ACA allows for some significant variation across states in how to comply with law's requirements, discuss the status of the state in which you are currently residing as for choices of essential type of health benefits, type of exchange, etc. how would assess the impact of the ACA in your state to date? Specifically, has the exchange gained broad recognition and does it appear to be operating effectively?
