· Analyze the value that can be added to that public agency or organization through enhanced efforts at improving diversity.
· Identify what organizational leadership is doing, or should be doing, to apply principles of leadership and improve the governance of the organization or agency and public policy through an enhancement of diversity within the organization.
· Length should be 4-5 pages, excluding cover page and references; typed double spaced in 10-12 point font (Arial, Courier, and Times New Roman are acceptable).
· Use proper APA style throughout and citations and references for the paper.
