After 13 months of using the drone, the drone developed problems and John sent $100 via PayNow to the supplier. In the comments accompanying the payment, he stated that the amount is for extension of the warranty by another year. He then sent the drone to the supplier for warrant claim. The supplier repaired the drone but charged John $200 for repair. As John had earlier sent $100, the supplier demanded another $100 for the repair. Failing which, the supplier would not release the drone to John. The supplier also informed John that the warranty is not extended. Advise John.
