Assignment problem: What is your reaction or comment on the student's explanation of the tools the student selected?
The Strategy Development Process itself is really good and cover everything, but the tnain areas I would focus on and would say is very impoitant to gain insight is external assessment, internal assessment and implementation and i say this because external and internal assessment is both equally as important. When it comes to eatemal assessment as per the text this focuses on the organizations performances, but are outside the institution boundaries, this help focus on the opportunities or possible threats to the organization. This is important because the development need to be able to see what's to come whether good or bad Internal assessment because we want to see the accomplishments of the organizations and if they can be used to get ahead of the competition ottt there or even show some weakness within the organization as stated in the test. Implementation to me is major key because I need to know how you plan to execute this plan and is it going to be successful to get us where we need to be and notjust for now but for the next 5 years, so these 3 are very important in my eyes.
