Problem: Part of being a leader is being an advocate for yourself, your peers and your profession. There was a bill introduced to the New York State Senate in January of 2023 entitled the "Safe Staffing for Hospital Care Act"; establishes minimum staffing levels for various health care workers in different health care facilities. After reading the proposal, construct a letter to your senator arguing for or against the staffing ratios as they are outlined in the bill.
