HELP ME REPLY TO HER POST AND ASK HER A QUESTION..

My concern with prolonged sun exposure is the burning of the skin and it can damage your skin cells and too long of exposure to sunlight cause skin cancer later on in life in the future. For me, it doesn't take long for me to burn, if I would sitting outside in the sun within 5 minutes at the minimum I can feel my skin burning and if I am outside for more than 5 minutes, I turn as dark as almost like a lobster and can feel heat coming off of me from at least almost a foot away like a stove or an oven and it is extremely painful.

1. The one thing that I learned in the video that causes the skin to burn from the sun is the ultraviolet rays or also known as the UV light or the UV rays from the sun that burns the skin and damage your deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), so it is important to wear sunscreen and for those who have extremely sensitive skin that it is best to wear sunscreen and even have an umbrella to keep your skin protected and shielded from the UV rays.

2. How I will apply this knowledge of the dangers of the sun is stay inside in the AC because I am also very much sensitive to the heat and it is very common for me to end up with severe heat exhaustion if out in it for a certain length of time being outside and I also burn very easily and quickly.
