Problem: Looking for an answer to this post, I have no experience with lean techniques, quality management, TQM, JIT, and product experimental designs. I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge from this class. I am also looking for ways to help my associates better at work. They are struggling with interacting with customers, and I want to find new ways to get them more involved and want to interact.
