Problem: Reflect on the examples and discussion of various problems in Ch 25 arising from personal issues that you have observed in your experience. Select one or two issues you have observed that were disruptive to the workplace from the list provided below (no names, please!), and describe how the manager dealt with the issue.
Comment on how the steps of documentation, progressive discipline, and perhaps termination could be implemented if you were the manager dealing with the situations you have described - again, discuss without names and could present hypothetical situations based on prior experiences. Discuss any similarities or differences in the approaches that are being shared in this discussion.
