Discussion - The Importance of Internal Peer Review
Successful Project Managers are constantly communicating with their Project Team and all external stakeholders to receive feedback on the progress of the project. Many Project Teams hold daily or weekly informal Peer Review meetings to share this type of information.
For this discussion, share the top issue that you believe is most problematic for your project and could potentially put the project at risk for not being successfully completed. For example, perhaps there isn't a hotel or convention center in your selected city that is large enough to hold the proposed convention, what issues have you encountered attempting to resolve this problem?
Describe in detail the issue of concern as well as what you have done to correct the problem and ensure a successful solution. If you don't feel, you have implemented a successful solution request feedback and suggestions from your classmates. Be sure to cite any external research.
