2. Explain problems of restitution.
3. Assess how restitution is collected, and provide at least one area for improvement of the restitution process.
4. Explain any new programs or policies that you would like to see enacted in an effort to help make a victim whole again. Support your position by justifying it as a victim's right to receive restitution.
