1. Discuss/define the three components of behavior control. Clearly define each of the concepts. Discuss an organization that you have worked in and how did they utilize the three components. 2. Read the Luxottica/Essilor article (other resources should be used). Discuss if this is related or unrelated diversification. In the discussion, identify what "reason" could be used to justify the diversification. For example, is this taking advantage of economies of scope/sharing activities?
