Assignment task: Work from a trauma informed Care Perspective With At Least Three People with mental illness to contribute to the continuous improvement of care services by:
- reflecting upon work practice and work environment
- identifying barriers to providing care and referring when required
- participating in policy development according to job role
- identifying and participating in strategies to enhance service delivery
- inviting and responding to consumer feedback practices and service delivery
Make sure you give three different people with different mental illness, name them and address each point below for each person separately.
