Discussion: Motivation Strategies
You have been asked to give a brief presentation to the board of directors regarding motivation: from concept to application.
o In three to four paragraphs, describe the present motivation strategies at your current place of employment. You may use the job characteristics model, employee involvement programs, variable pay programs or other methods covered thus far in the course.
o After doing so, discuss which motivation strategy would be more effective for your particular organization and why. Thoroughly support and defend your answer.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
