Scenario:
Candice writes to Logan on March 1st and inquires how much is Logan asking for a specific car that he owns. Candice then receives a letter from Logan on March 10th stating, "I will not take less than $30,000 for the car which is specified and detailed further in my note below. This amount must be accepted by March 30th with an accompanying letter that expresses the name of person buying the car, the person's acceptance of my offer and terms, and a certified check for the no less than $30,000." Candice immediately sends Logan both an email on March 10th as well as the requested written note a that includes everything Logan asks for as well as the certified check for $30,000 exactly as Logan requested. Logan received it all on March 30th.
Task
Discuss whether Candice can now hold Logan to a contract for sale of the car. (See the characteristics of an Offer, including intention of an offer, agreements to agree and definiteness of the offer.) Your response must be at least a paragraph.
