You have recently accepted a new role as People and Culture Manager of a progressive and profitable marketing agency. This marketing agency has tried but encountered challenges convincing the employees to return to On-site Work arrangement following 18 months of implementing Hybrid and Remote Work Arrangement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The leadership team believes that bringing them back to work fully on site is key to ensure organizational alignment and operations effectiveness; after all, it had worked really well pre-COVID-19. The leadership team has asked for your advice and also your recommendation on how to make this happen smoothly.
