Discuss what was most the most useful aspect of the reading. What did you discover about the way you place weight on your feet, how you sit, and how you stand? When you moved into a neutral alignment what did you feel/sense (what did you notice about places of tension or places of release)? In order to keep this neutral alignment what changes do you need to make?
