Problem
An analysis of course evaluation data is to be conducted on a large class. Each student was asked to rate their level of satisfaction on a five-point scale (very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied). In addition, demographic information about each student (e.g., degree enrolled in, country/state of birth, etc.) was collected. The goal was to assess differences in the distribution of ratings given by different sub-groups of students determined by the demographic covariate variables. Discuss what type of model you would use to conduct this analysis and why.
