1) Reflect on a time when made an inaccurate assumption about something someone said or did. What did the person do/say (selection)? How this make sense of the information (organization)? What was the interpretation?
2) Perception check needed to make a message that expresses the understanding of the behavior.
3) Discuss what plan to communicate more competently to avoid making too many perceptual mistakes. Give examples and use course concepts.
