1. Discuss what is meant by Personal Mastery and what is meant by “productive dialogue”. Include in your discussion why these concepts are important in being a systems thinking and in leading change.
2. Define and discuss Work Breakdown Structure, Critical Path Analysis, PERT charts and GANTT charts. Describe the role of each in determining scope, budgets, and schedules? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Can they be used together? What concerns might a PM have in basing decisions on these charts?
