Problem:
The United Nations Special Committee on Decolonization approved a resolution for Puerto Rico independence became final in June 2023. It's a great for the committee because during the past 50 years, this committee has made revision over the years but it's finally approved. Currently Puerto Rico is not officially considered a colony at the U.N. The Special Committee on Decolonization thinks it should. That's was the main reason for the disagreement to the terms.
