1.There has been a lot of discussion about unions and whether they are beneficial or not. Do you believe unions still add value to the workplace? Why, or why not? Would you rather work for a unionized or non-unionized employer? Why, or why not?
2. Should an employer be allowed to give an employee a polygraph test to see if the employee is being dishonest? What if the employee volunteers (suggests) the use of a polygraph test to prove his/her innocence in order to save him/herself from discipline?
