Identify situations where you would use that type of communication in a business setting. Explore advantages and disadvantages of that form of communication. Also, when might you not use that form of communication? Identify the important ingredients that should be included in that form of business communication. For example, if you are working on the Formal Business Reports topic, what are the necessary and important elements of a Formal Business Report? Alternatively, if you are working on business email, what should a formal business email communication look like - what should it include? Outline do's and don'ts associated with the form of business communication. For example, when delivering a formal presentation, what should you do, and what should you definitely not do, or try to avoid?
