Article II, Executive Branch. What are two powers of the President?

Article III, the Judicial Branch. Specifically read: Article III, Section 2, paragraph 2. It tells who has Original Jurisdiction and who has Appellate Jurisdiction.

Original jurisdiction allows a case to begin at the US Supreme Court. Appellate means beginning at the trial level and appealing up to the US Supreme Court.

There are nine justices of the US Supreme Court. However, Article III does not give any set number of justices.
