On p. 187, Kessock wrote: "But the day I went on medication was one of the greatest days of my life, because it was the day my creative spark stopped becoming an excuse to keep putting up with an illness that was killing me...I take my medication and work my craft at the same time because I don't need to suffer as an artist."
