Scenario:
I just did some research from google and many indicated that the use of "aka" or "a.k.a." or "AKA" is considered informal and grammar issue. Just a follow up to my previous questions. Is considered a legal form of using "aka" or "a.k.a." or "AKA" or should it be spelled out as "also known as"? Latter is too long especially in my case where it will be repeated in various section within the partnership agreement? Next question is if the acronym considered appropriate and proper usage in legal document, then should it be "aka", or "a.k.a." or "AKA" or "A.K.A."? Should there be a comma before "aka" or "a.k.a." or "AKA", or "A.K.A."?
