As a company that export and import small computer hardware all around the world, I have to follow the rules of the exporting and importing in the United States. The equipment and the networks are one of the dual-use items, and that needs a license called EAR99. The link that the professor provided ushttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/exporting/faq.aspx was an excellent example of Microsoft products and where they can export and import their products. All kinds of hardware and technology are dual use items where I can't export without the license. There are several countries that the companies need authorization to export and import from them such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Region of Crimea. I will start exporting to the small countries that needs those devices because I can't cover the big countries. I will never export to the countries that under the EAR99 license because it's an extended situation unless it's worth to sell. I will import the small materials from China because it's the cheapest country to export. What I'm planning to do in the future is to manufacture my materials in the country that I'm located in and the just export to earn more money and expand more.

The United States border is one of the hard borders in the world. With the technology and high security around the country that make it hard to pass into the country illegally. At the same time, there are a lot of people who are giving and selling illegal products at lower prices and that may affect the businesses. Most of the companies are facing these kinds of issues that called copy original. What most of the huge company did and what I will do is to make something special of my product that nobody can reproduce it 100 %. At the same time, the government is protecting the American product with the best security technologies such as catching the people who are selling fake products.
