A. Larry Adams has a Ph.D. in history and is a university professor. He recently earned a master's degree in Psychology and has recently opened a private practice. He rents a small office and orders a set of business cards that read: "Dr. Larry Adams - Professional Psychological Services for Individuals and Couples".
B. Mary Smith, Licensed School Psychologist, has decided to leave her position as an Elementary School Psychologist with Globe County. She has a caseload of over 100 students that she sees on a weekly basis. Mary decides that it is easier to just leave the school without saying goodbye to the students.
C. Dr. Frank Troy is a Psychologist at Fulton University and has a private practice in downtown Atlanta. He actively recruits students from the university to see him at his private practice on the weekends and during the summer break.
D. Dr. Neadria Leakes is employed as a Psychologist with the ABC Counseling Center in metropolitan DC. Dr. Leakes has recently lost her home due to foreclosure and has been absent from work for the last few weeks due to her financial difficulties and other personal situations. Most of her caseload has not had access to clinician due to her absence from the workplace. When Dr. Leakes returns to work, her colleagues notice that she smells like she has been drinking alcohol and that her speech is slurred.
