Throughout the course, you will be working on a criminal theories course project. For Part 5, you will discuss the purpose, main ideas, origins, and relevance of your third selected theory. Then you will apply the third theory to the criminal act you chose in the Unit 2 outline.
Instructions:
In this assignment, you will:
• Select the third theory from the Unit 2 Outline:
o Discuss the theory's purpose and main idea.
o Address the origin of the theory.
o Cite the relevance of the theory in criminology in the Unit 2 Outline.
o Apply the theory to the criminal act from the Unit 2 Outline.
Requirements:
• Submit in a Word document in APA format.
• At least two, but no more than three pages in length, not including title or reference pages.
• At least two resources outside of the textbook.
