Identify the possible drawbacks and opportunities of the new and seemingly innovative selection procedure illustrated in this case study: "The Case of Selecting Blue-Collar Workers for the Port of Antwerp" (Hayton, 2012). Then propose HR solutions that address the problems of traditional selection systems similar to the one at the Antwerp Ports.
