You will examine some of the ways that the government, organizations, and healthcare professionals contend with ethics and law.

1) Apply legal and ethical principles, procedures, and cases to practical management problems frequently found in healthcare settings.
2) Examine the healthcare plans and discuss the legislation that affects these plans.
3) Evaluate how local, state, and federal laws affect a healthcare organization.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
