1. Demonstrate your understanding of Hofstede's cultural dimensions by defining each of the definitions in your own words (rewriting Hofstede's original cultural definition without modifying them is a violation of copyrights of the author).
2. In your essay, demonstrate how cultural knowledge is vital for effective management of international business, which operates in a multicultural setup.
3. Support and validate your arguments by citing relevant referred research paper (3 references).
Essay 2. Discuss the negotiation processes that leads to synergy in management and explain why synergistic management is required in order to effectively manage heterogeneous groups in an organization.
1. First explain your understanding of negotiation in a business setup
2. Discuss the strategy you may apply during negotiation with people of different cultural background, including the importance of time and space.

Essay 3. Explain why international firms can't always apply universal motivational tools on their global employees despite the globalization of the world economy.
