If you suggest you own topic, please don't use vague generalizations, you need to come up with a problem that interests you.
• Eg: "we will research job satisfaction" NOT OK
• "We will explore the relationship between salary levels and job satisfaction for blue collar employees" OK ?

Please use 12pt, Times New Roman, with single spacing and "normal" (2,5 cm) margins all around. The report length is 5 pages.
