II. Explain the relationship of sport and media. Discuss the codependence and how, if so, each entity embraces one another for its survival. Provide examples of how their interdependence has impacted both institutions.
III. There is an ongoing conversation as to the relevancy of sport in the educational context. Discuss how and where sport fits into the educational model, both at the K-12 level and at the collegiate level.
IV. Compare and contrast the international club model versus the domestic intercollegiate model. Discuss the pros and cons of whether the United States should explore the club model as opposed to the current intercollegiate model.
V. Discuss the intersection between religion and sport. Identify how sport has been, and/or, is utilized as a tool for religious ideology (both positively and negatively).
VI. Given the current circumstances, please explain what you see as the lasting impact of COVID-19 on the institution of sport (both consumption and patrticipation).
