Discuss the health issue selected family members are at risk

Problem

Scenario: Ross family The Ross family consists of grandparents John (74) and Mary (74), their son Tom (42) and daughter Sarah (33). Tom and his wife, Amy (40), have two children, Max (15) and Zoe (10). Sarah and her wife Rachel (35) have a daughter, Olivia (3). John and Mary have been married for over 50 years. John has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer, and Mary has been struggling with Arthritis for several years. Due to their health issues, they rely heavily on Tom and Amy for support. They are still able to manage chores like cooking and cleaning, but they require assistance for things like food shopping or going to appointments. Mary misses seeing her walking group on the weekends, but she finds that her joint pain is too intense to participate anymore. Tom works as a nurse, while Amy works as an IT consultant. Zoe has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes that has required regular treatments and specialist appointments, which is putting a strain on Tom and Amy's finances. Max has been wanting more independence, and would really like to save up to buy a car after he gets his license in a couple of years, so he has been looking for casual work. Sarah is a successful lawyer and has been in a relationship with Rachel for six years. Three years ago, she gave birth to Olivia, who she conceived through invitro fertilisation (IVF). Sarah has been working very long hours which has been putting a strain on her relationship and her ability to spend time with her daughter. Olivia is dropped off at childcare at 7am and picked up at 7pm most weekdays, as Rachel also works full-time. They're very tired when they all get home, and so most nights they order takeout. Sarah and Rachel have been noticing that Olivia doesn't respond well when they call her from another room, or when they ask her a question while speaking quietly or facing away from her. They are concerned that she may be hearing impaired, and so have booked an appointment with their general practitioner to connect them with an audiologist.

After reading scenario, need to select three family members to focus on (one from each generation/age group: older adult, adult, child).
