c. Assess the alignment of budget decisions and policy goals.
d. Explain the entity's approach to capital planning.
e. Discuss prioritization, compromise, and decision-making approaches.
f. Provide specific examples where appropriate.
g. Evaluate the effectiveness of this process; make two or more recommendations to improve the process.
