Scenario:
I am going through divorce proceedings in England but I have also filed a motion with the german court for sharing pensions and I have asked what I would be entitlled to receive from the contributions my husband was paying while we were living in Germany.
In order to answer this they are asking for our income does this mean the higher the income was the more I would be charged for this information?
Also they want the date of separation do I need to send the Nisi? They also need the original marriage certificate which is in English do I need to have this translated?
They need this information within 3 weeks. If I am not able to send this info before xmas would I be disadvantaged?
