1. Codes of Conduct are developed to enable organisations to operate ethically and efficiently. They need to be communicated effectively to all members of the organisation if they are to be successfully implemented and, hopefully, result in better outcomes . Provide a detailed description of how you would develop a Code of Conduct for an organisation and explain and which stakeholders you would include in the process and why.
2. Explain how and why businesses have taken the initiative in becoming more responsive to owners and other stakeholders and say what more you believe needs to be done.
3. Discuss the differences between normative and descriptive ethics and explain the three major approaches to thinking about business ethics, namely the conventional approach, principles approach and ethics test approach.
