Assignment task:
In 2022, the economic uncertainty has urged governments to select certain projects of 2023. The government of Ontario had 4 projects to consider but would like to select the first project to start with. The projects are: 1-Renewing the 402 between London and Sarnia, 2-build a new headquarter for the Ministry of Science, 3-construct an Eastern GTA Transit Hub, and 4-Ontario's Clean Energy Potential. Some of the criteria established to select the projects includes; population served by the project, project cost, project duration, alignment with strategic goal to the year 2030, and urgency.
Questions:
The view on the project's three priorities and each should be followed by justification.
