Problem: Unfortunately, there may be a conflict between DBA and PM. Maybe the PM doesn't clearly stipulate what is required for their project. Maybe the DBA doesn't understand what exactly is required in the DB configuration. This will cause headaches on both sides. In your opinion, what is the most pertinent aspect of solving these issues?
