I own a condo property in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Recently I am facing a dilemma: I received an email from my condo property management and they have scheduled an appointment for inspection. The inspection is about to find out which units cause the problem of pipe noise because someone complains it. If they find which unit is close to the pipe noise , they may cut the wall or have a hole to fix it. However, I have put my condo in the market a week ago, and I don't expect any damages happen in my property at this time. Could you please tell me what is my rights in this situation?
